Ronnie Mbabaali is responsible for technically supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes. With a free will and open mind, he has a working experience that spans from 1998 which has involved: working in the private sector as well as the public sector and Civil Society sector in Uganda, East Africa and the IGAD Region. He has worked and moved through the ladders as an Assistant Administrative Officer (2000) and Assistant Chief Administrative Officer (2004) as well as a Principal Human Resource at both local government and central government levels in Uganda (2007), a contributing member at a national non-governmental project management organization in Uganda (since 2005). Ronnie has international work exposure having worked as a Civil Service Support Officer for the UNDP/ IGAD Regional Capacity Development Project for the Republic of South Sudan (2011-2013) where he supported the design and establishment of Human Resource Management systems in the civil service of the then newly independent Republic of South Sudan (2011-2013). He also has worked as a team member for various assignments on performance assessment and capacity development for a number of donor funded programmes in the United Republic of Tanzania (since 2008). Ronnie trained and specialized in: Human Resource Management and Development, Administrator as well as Monitoring and Evaluation.
