A Centre of Excellence for Public Service Development.
To provide quality in-service training and support public policy research and innovations for improved performance and service delivery in the Public Service.
It is my pleasure to welcome you all to 2021 after a year that has painfully touched the world. To all of us who have lost dear ones and have been or are going through trying times, our thoughts are with you.
2021 is a year where the concept of continuous improvement, rejuvenation and re-branding cease to be an option but a must for any organization, after the world plunged into the covid - 19 pandemic in 2020.
While most of our entities if not all, struggle with the aftershock of the pandemic, including the threatened "humane touch" in our day to day lliving, i must say the pandemic has also presented enormous opportunities.
For Civil Service College Uganda, it is an opportunity to concretise our e-Learning Management System, widen our outreach to new clientele and new partnerships through less costly virtual engagements, as well as strengthen our mechanisms for keeping alive and in touch with our alumni and clientele.
On behalf of CSCU and the Ministry of Public Service, i commit that we will diligently serve our clientele and am confident the fraternity will grow stronger and focused.
Savia N Mugwanya (Commissioner CSCU)
