Institutional Status

Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) was established on 1st July 2010 under the Ministry of Public Service. The College is responsible for in-service training, strengthening public policy research, providing advisory services and supporting innovations for improved service delivery. CSCU’s mandate is to build the capacities of Public Service institutions and human resources for improved performance in public service delivery. The College was officially Commissioned on the 17th Novermber 2014 by His Excellency the President of Uganda General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Our Mandate

The mandate of the College is to build the capacities of Public Service Institutions and human resources for improved performance in public service delivery.



Governance and Management Structure

Civil Service College has appropriate organizational structure and human resources to achieve the strategic objectives and sustain it. Its functional organisational structure comprises four technical departments and one support department.
