The focus of the Course is on the overview of financial management in Teacher Education Institutions, how relevant the function is to the Entry, the accountability process and the key financial management reports expected by the stakeholders.

- Understand the meaning of Financial Management;
- Explain the importance of Financial Management to the college
- Identify the stakeholders in the financial management process, their roles, interest and key decisions they take.
- Identify the major regulatory instruments in the college financial management process.
