| Dr. Nabaho wields professional expertise of over 15 years in the areas of Human Resource and Education Management. He is currently a Senior Consultant in Government Studies at Uganda Management Institute.
He is very passionate about Training and development, ensuring that higher education is relevant and responsive through effective quality assurance and governance mechanisms, as well as meaningful teaching and learning. Through the years, Dr. Nabaho has attained many achievements in the area of training and most outstanding among these has been the development of five graduate programmes; Supervised two PhD students to completion; Published five book chapters and 25 articles in peer reviewed journals; and Supervised over 60 masters students. Dr. Nabaho’s professional dream is to have African literature on higher education leadership and management. Fundamental to the values he holds is Empathy and Quality of work.
