| Col Patrick is currently Commissioner for the National Secretariat of Patriotic Corps. He has held a number of positions of responsibility including: Deputy Director at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) at Kyankwanzi; Chief of Military Affairs of the UPDF; Deputy Chief Political Commissar of the UPDF as well as Commandant of the Oliver Reginald Tambo Leadership School.
Col Patrick holds a degree in Strategic Defence and Security Studies from the United States Army War College, a Diploma in Project Planning and Management, a Diploma in Strategic Defence and Security form Egypt as well as a Diploma in Community Leadership and Mobilisation from Wonjul, South Korea. |
