Sophie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management, CHRA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.
She is currently Assistant Commissioner, HRM in the Performance Management Department of MoPS and was previously in the Inspection Department of MOPS, where she takes lead in training, managing training events, HR policy formulation and analysis, designing and implementing performance management systems, employee welfare management and HR strategy development and implementation. Hobbies include: Reading, Research and experience sharing. |
