Arthur is a procurement and Supply chain professional, auditor,trainer ,lecturer and management consultant with over 15 years experience in in supply chain management ,procurement and logistics.

Works with PPDA under the Department of Performance Monitoring as the Regional Manager Eastern  and participated in the amendment of the PPDA Act and coming of new PPDA Regulations 2023 and guidelines 2024.

He also worked as Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit at Busitema University ,Senior Procurement Officer at Uganda Registration services Bureau (URSB) and as a procurement Officer at Uganda Bureau of Statistics.

3. MCIPs UK  Chartered Member of Purchasing and Supply UK
