FRANCIS EGBUSON is the international partner for Franklin Covey in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Togo. For 07 years since 2012, Francis has specialized in implementing Franklin Covey’s behavior change processes to equip leaders with the mindset, skillset and toolset to enable teams to create high engagement and breakthrough performance.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Francis was a Sales Leader and Chief Commercial Officer in Uganda and Rwanda where he led successful growth in the telecommunications sector. In 1998, Francis was part of the Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Xerox global outsourcing where The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People was used as a process to strengthen the integration and team’s performance.

References: For 07 years now, Francis has delivered transformative Leadership Development Programs all focused on shifting mindsets for C-Level (ExCo) and Senior Managers with large Corporate Organizations covering Financial Institutions, Telecom Companies, Development Agencies, Government Parastatals, among others. Qualifications: Francis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Additionally, Francis earned his Masters of Science in Information Studies from Syracuse University, New York and a Diploma in International Business from McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, Washington DC.

Accreditation: Francis is a Certified Master Facilitator with FranklinCovey Leadership Programs; A Certified Facilitator with Miller Heiman Programs (now under Korn Ferry); A Certified Executive Coach with the Columbia University Certified Coaching Program. Francis is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
