Mr. Bananuka John Bosco is a seasoned Public Servant with more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management across various Ministries and Departments.
Currently working as Assistant Commissioner Human Resource Management, Civil Service College Uganda, he is in charge of Training Management Delivery.
He has worked with several implementing partners in Health Systems Strengthening across the country with special focus on Human Resources for Health. These included Capacity Project, IntraHealth Uganda and the UHSSP Projects. He was among the developers of the materials and pioneer trainers for the course in Leadership and Management for Health Workers that was later offered by Nkozi University.
Mr. Bananuka John Bosco has previously worked with Makerere University, Uganda Virus Research Institute, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Water and Environment, Office of the Prime Minister, Arua Regional Referral Hospital and Education Service Commission.
As an active HR practitioner, JB has a variety of experiences in the different work environments and has managed diversity at all levels ranging from staff affairs, welfare and establishment matters.
