| Mr. Odongo Paul has 15years working experience, 7 of which were achieved in the private sector working with Development Training and Research Centre (DETREC) an NGO based in Lira.
In 2012, he served as a Human Resource Officer with Otuke District Local Government. Due to an excellent performance, he was promoted to Senior Human Resource Officer a position he held until 2017 when he transferred service to the Centre. Upon the transfer, he served as Senior Human Resource Officer at the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance. In 2020, he was promoted to Principal Human Resource Officer and deployed to Civil Service College Uganda where he is currently serving. Over the years, Mr. Odongo has gained extensive experience and skills in staff development including training, performance management, research & documentation. |
Mr. Odongo holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management obtained from Gulu University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree (MAK); a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management of Uganda Management Institute. He also holds Certificate in Administrative Law obtained from Law Development Centre.
