| Moses M. Nasinyama is an Economist with over 15 years proven specialty in Development Planning, Budgeting and Research. He has strong background in the methods and procedures for collecting, processing and analyzing data. Moses is currently a Principal Research Officer -Civil Service College Uganda and also served as Senior Economist/Planner with Namayingo District Local Government.
Moses has supervised several student research projects in the areas of Economics, Statistics and Microfinance. Has practical skills in Program and Management; Research and Consultancy; Business strategy formulation; Performance Reviews and Strategic Planning; Monitoring and Evaluation of Programmes and Technical proposal writing. Has published in peer reviewed journals.

Moses holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy and Planning (Makerere University); a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Economics, Major) (Makerere University). Has lectured on a part-time basis at Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, SCIT, Makerere University (2015 – to date) and Department of Economics and Statistics, Kyambogo University (2009 – 2014).
